Focal’s Diva Utopia has been honoured with the prestigious EISA High‑End Streaming Loudspeakers Award 2025–2026, confirming its status as one of the most advanced and forward‑thinking audio systems on the market. The Expert Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) praised Diva Utopia for its exceptional acoustic performance, innovative engineering, and seamless integration of streaming technologies.
A Complete High‑End System
More than a traditional loudspeaker, Diva Utopia is a fully active, all‑in‑one hi‑fi system. Each speaker incorporates:
2×400 W Class AB amplification developed with Naim Audio
High‑resolution streaming platform supporting up to 32‑bit/384 kHz and DSD128
Built‑in DAC, eliminating the need for external electronics
Ultra‑Wideband wireless transmission for latency‑free audio
HDMI eARC, USB, optical, RCA, plus Bluetooth 5.3, AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Spotify Connect, TIDAL, Qobuz, and UPnP
This combination delivers a powerful, refined, and deeply immersive listening experience - one that EISA highlighted as groundbreaking for the high‑end streaming category.
Acoustic Excellence
Diva Utopia blends Focal’s signature acoustic technologies with a sculptural, high‑density polymer cabinet:
1.6" Beryllium tweeter (M‑profile) for extreme precision
6.5" ‘W’ midbass driver for natural, expressive midrange
Four side‑mounted ‘W’ woofers (push‑push configuration) delivering deep, distortion‑free bass
Frequency response: 27 Hz – 40 kHz, suitable for large listening spaces
Down‑firing bass reflex port integrated into an aluminum plinth for stability and smooth airflow
EISA’s jury emphasized the system’s ability to deliver a wide, detailed soundstage with both authority and finesse - a performance level that sets new standards in the active high‑end category.
Design That Captivates
The Diva Utopia’s enclosure merges high‑density polymer, aluminum accents, and removable grey felt into a visually striking form. Its sculptural silhouette reflects Focal’s Utopia design language while introducing a modern, minimalist aesthetic. This combination of engineering and artistry was a key factor in its recognition by EISA.
